At Patch Club, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used pimple patches cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Please contact us through the Contact tab on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will include the cost of the returned products and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost of the original order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us through the Contact tab on our website as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened pimple patches

• Used products

• Products returned without their original packaging where this affects hygiene or resaleability

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or color, please return your eligible order and place a new order.
